About the Course

Why do horrible things happen to good people? And vice versa? On this half-day course discover Buddha’s teachings on the law of karma and how we can use this understanding to consciously create the reality we seek. With the wisdom understanding karma, we take control of our lives and experiences. Without it, we are dooming ourselves to a future beyond our control!

The course includes guided meditations and teachings and consists of two one hour and 15 minutes sessions with a break for refreshments.

About the speaker:
Santu recently moved to Moray from Preston where he was a dedicated meditation teacher for decades. Retired after a career in engineering, Santu is married with two adult children and brings to his classes a wealth of teaching and personal life experience, as well as a deep commitment to helping others experience the many benefits of meditation.

2.45-3.15pm: Tea break & informal discussion
