We are delighted to welcome Gen Devi, previously Resident Teacher at KMC Edinburgh, back for this inspiring special event.
Everyone has the capacity to tap into an endless supply of inner peace and happiness. Modern Buddhism presents the meditations and the techniques that we need in order to achieve this. We can learn daily to choose happiness throughout our life.
In this talk, Gen Kelsang Devi will explain the methods that free us from negative emotions, giving joy, happiness and meaning to our life. Everyone is welcome.

THE TEACHER
Gen Kelsang Devi is the Principal Teacher of Kailash International Retreat Centre and Kadampa Meditation Centre Switzerland, having studied and practised Kadampa Buddhism for nearly 25 years under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
She is well known for her joyful warmth and humour, as well as her clear and practical presentation of the teachings.

TRAVEL
Pay and display parking has recently been introduced into the local area around the Centre.
Tram networks to Newhaven are now fully operational with the nearest tram stop to the Centre being at Balfour Street, a few minutes walk away.
Buses also operate as normal down Leith Walk.
