In this special half-day course with Gen-la Kunsang, learn how to use preparatory practices to take us to states of mind in a special sequence that pave the way towards a powerful and effective meditation.
Through engaging in the prayers, meditations and methods explained we receive blessings (or inspiration) and our body and mind move more easily into that place of tranquillity that we all wish for.
