Learn to develop real confidence through transformative meditations and ways of thinking.
Many people suffer from low self- esteem and lack of self-confidence, such non-productive ways of thinking can greatly hinder our quality of life, as well as prevent us from being able to move forward or realize our spiritual potential. During this course learn how to develop authentic self-confidence through training in meditation and adopting new ways of thinking. The teachings given will be based on several verses from the ancient Buddhist poem, Guide to the Bodhisattva’s way of life, by the Indian meditator, Shantideva, which reveals the extraordinary confidence of someone who has gained control over their mind.
The course will be broken up into two sessions, each consisting of a talk and guided meditations.
