Relax, de-stress and re-energize with this gentle introduction to training in mindfulness. The course will explore how to train in mindfulness meditation using the breath as our object. You will learn two different techniques that can be easily re-produced at home as well as advice on how to strengthen our mindfulness and improve concentration.
