Learn to Meditate with Chammy Sirisena

Meditation is becoming increasingly recognized as a powerful and effective means to reduce stress, cultivate peace of mind and improve our overall quality of life. On this half day course there will be an opportunity to engage in three different meditations, receive practical explanations of how to integrate the practice of meditation into busy modern life as well as time to ask questions.

The Course will be taught by Chammy Sirisena, who has been studying Buddhism and practising meditation for many years. As a mother of two and counsellor, Chammy draws from her experience of applying the teachings in the context of busy daily life to reduce stress and live meaningfully.
