Mindfulness for Modern Living

Mindfulness is becoming increasingly popular and many people are starting to appreciate the many benefits of developing it such as improved health, stress reduction and an improvement in our relationships.

This course will provide a simple introduction to training in mindfulness taught from the Buddhist perspective from which it was originally taught. There will be guided meditations and a practical explanation of how to harness this powerful function of the mind to reduce stress and transform your life.
