How much are you in control of your thoughts? Often we are victim with to a whole storm of painful emotions and have little tools to move our mind in a more positive direction. This course will address how we can use mindfulness both in and meditation and within our daily lives to take control over our mind and solve many of our daily problems.
The teachings are derived from their original context within Buddhist practice, maintaining their depth and impact, whilst being presented in a way that is easily accessible to the modern practitioner. Everybody is welcome to attend, no previous experience necessary.
