This morning workshop is ideal for beginners or those who are new to meditation. It will consist of three sessions primarily comprised of guided meditations with a short explanation of how to engage in each. The meditations are simple and no previous experience of meditation is required.
Leave feeling refreshed and inspired, and with the knowledge to engage in the methods at home as part of a daily practice.
NOTE: This workshop will be led by students of Mahabodhi Centre who are training to become qualified meditation teachers. They will share with us the great benefit they have received from their own sincere practice of meditation.
