What is the event about?
Discover the necessary tools to attain the blissful state of concentration known as Tranquil Abiding. The emphasis of this long weekend will be on how to practically make progress in developing our mindfulness and concentration and how to then continue this training in the context of daily life.
The retreat will be conducted in silence within the tranquil setting of Gorton House and Cottages, situated just a short drive away from the city of Edinburgh. The schedule will consist of teachings, meditations and question and answer sessions with the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the Scottish Countryside in the breaks.
