The way in which we relate to our self affects every area of our life. Therefore we need a positive self view and the ability to be strong and happy regardless of life’s challenges and what others may think of us.
On this meditation course we will learn methods based on Buddha’s teachings, to improve our human nature. Everybody needs to be good-natured with a good heart, because in this way we can solve our own problems as well as those of others, and we can make our human life meaningful.
Each class consists of guided meditations and a talk based on the topic.
