ADVICE FOR LIFE

DUNDEE | MAY 1, 8, 15 | WEDNESDAYS 7-8.15pm
We do not always have the time, strength or inclination to maintain a formal meditation practice on a daily basis. But does that mean we have to miss out on the great benefits meditation brings to our life? With the help of Modern Buddhism, the answer to this question is definitely no!
We can experience inner peace and improve our human nature and qualities through developing the capacity of our mind. By incorporating the mental skills and wisdom-based practices taught in this course into our daily life – whilst at work, at home, in the car etc. we will discover that meditation can be every activity, bringing peace and a positive perspective to the seemingly mundane and resilience and compassion to the difficulties that come our way.
Join Kadampa Teacher Catherine Marriott for this three-week course and learn three special practices which will give you the power you need to transform your life.
With teachings, guided meditations, discussion and Q&A. No experience necessary, everybody welcome!
