On this half-day course, we will discover how Buddhist wisdom offers us a different way of viewing ourself.

Through understanding correct methods to develop genuine self-confidence we will acquire an inexhaustible wealth of inner strength grounded in humility, rather than false pride and arrogance.

These teachings are exceptionally easy to integrate into our everyday routine. The meditations are simple to follow and can be taken away to practice whenever we want.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of background or belief.

About the teacher

Chammy Sirisena has been sincerely practising Kadampa Buddhism for many years. She draws from her experience as a working professional and mother of three to give practical examples of how to apply the teachings to daily life.
