Gen Tubchen will explain some of the essential elements of the modern Buddhist way of life, such as understanding the mind, karma, compassion and wisdom. Meditation is explained clearly and simply as a tool for developing qualities such as inner peace, love, insight and patience.
The emphasis throughout the course will be the practical application of Buddhist ideas to solving everyday problems and how we can transform our busy modern activities into a profound and rich spiritual life.
