About the Course

“Every action we perform leaves an imprint on our very subtle mind, and each imprint eventually gives rise to its own effect” – How to understand the mind by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

Although karma is a familiar term, most people lack a clear understanding of what it really means. However, by gaining understanding and conviction in the law of karma we can radically change our life for the better, learn to accept difficult situations and create the causes for our future success and peace of mind.

This course will introduce Buddha’s authentic teachings on the law of Karma and guide us through meditations that can be practiced at home.

Timetable:

2.15-2.30pm: Registration

2.30-3.20pm: Session 1

3.20-3.40pm: Tea break & informal discussion

3.40-4.30pm: Session 2
