On Saturday 18 of March Gen Lhamo is teaching the Learn to Meditate course. This popular course is a must for anyone who wants to learn or refresh their memory of the basics of how to begin an effective meditation practice.

On this course you will learn simple meditations which can be practised at home or any time you need a break from busy daily life. Applying the methods taught will lead to happiness, a sense of purpose and harmony in your relationships.

The teacher: Resident_teacherGen Kelsang Lhamo is a Kadampa Buddhist nun with over 30 years’ experience. She is greatly admired as a meditation teacher, and is especially known for her ability to inspire others to recognise and identify with their potential.
