On Saturday 11 of March Jill is teaching the Learn to Meditate course. This popular course is a must for anyone who wants to learn or refresh their memories of the basics of how to begin an effective meditation practice.

On this course you will learn simple meditations which can be practised at home or any time you need a break from busy daily life. Applying the methods taught will lead to happiness, a sense of purpose and harmony in your relationships.

Guided by an experienced meditation teacher, this course is the perfect opportunity to learn meditation techniques and clarify any questions you may have.

The teacher: Jill is a modern Kadampa Buddhist who has been practising for almost 20 years. Originally from the United States, she now lives in Edinburgh with her husband and teaches at a school for children with learning difficulties. Jill is a student on the Foundation Programme and teaches regular meditation workshops in the city. She is appreciated for the lightness and warmth that she brings to her teachings.
