Everybody wants to be able to let go of the things we dislike. We want to be less insecure, fearful, lazy, angry and depressed. We wish for more success, more harmony in our relationships and a more fulfilling life. But we find it difficult to actually let go of our bad habits and to bring about the things that we long for in our life. Instead we often feel stuck in unhealthy and unhappy habits. Buddha’s teachings on karma and delusions help us to understand what it is we need to let go of as well as giving us the confidence and skill to achieve this. Through applying these methods we can begin to
have the happy and meaningful life we all long for.
