Fee: £15/ 4-week discount card if you book online. £5/ class

* These sessions are ideal for those wishing to start meditating and for those who want to deepen their existing experience. Although part of a series, the classes are self-contained and no previous experience is required.

* Please feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis. No special clothing is required.

* Drop-in classes with guided meditations and teachings on applying Buddhism to daily life. All of the teachings and meditations organised by our centre assist you in connecting to a stillness within.

* Each class consists of guided meditations and clear explanations, as well as an opportunity to ask questions.

Resident_teacherGen Kelsang Lhamo is a Kadampa Buddhist nun with over 30 years’ experience. She is greatly admired as a meditation teacher and is especially known for her ability to inspire others to recognise and identify with their potential.
