Fee:  £5/ class

* These sessions are ideal for those wishing to start meditating and for those who want to deepen their existing experience. Although part of a series, the classes are self-contained and no previous experience is required.

* Drop-in classes with guided meditations and teachings on applying Buddhism to daily life. All of the teachings and meditations organised by our centre assist you in connecting to a stillness within.

Enjoy a gentle guided meditation, some moments of inner calm and bring some wisdom into your daily life.

Followed by a relaxing cup of tea or refreshing coffee and biscuits of your choice.

Dates: Fridays  3, 10, 17, 24, November, 1, 8, 15 December

These meditation classes are particularly suitable for complete beginners. They give a practical introduction to meditation and focus on the meditations as presented in the ‘Living Meditation’ series. Classes provide guidance on the benefits of meditation, good posture, types of meditation.
