Meditations for Relaxation

Venue: Leith Community Education Centre, 12a New Kirkgate, Edinburgh, EH6 6AD

Fee:  £5/ class

Drop-in classes with guided meditations and teachings explaining how to practically apply Buddhist wisdom to improve our daily life experiences.
These meditation classes are suitable for everyone. They explain what is meditation, how to meditate and the benefits of meditation.

The teacher

Jill Richardson

Jill is a modern Kadampa Buddhist who has been practising for many years.
Originally from the United States, she now lives in Edinburgh and teaches at a school for children with learning difficulties.
