* These sessions are ideal for those wishing to start meditating and for those who want to deepen their existing experience. Although part of a series, the classes are self-contained and no previous experience is required.
* Please feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis. No special clothing is required.
* Drop-in classes with guided meditations and teachings on applying Buddhism to daily life. All of the teachings and meditations organised by our centre assist you in connecting to a stillness within.

Geshe Kelsang’s book “How to Transform Your Life”
teaches us how to access the hidden power of the mind, and gives us clear and practical tools with which to transform our daily problems. In these classes, utilising this wonderful text, Gen Lhamo will be drawing on the wisdom of Buddha’s teachings on wisdom and love, so that we can begin responding to problems with a clear, balanced and compassionate mind.
