The people who stand out in our lives are always the ones who seem to show us the greatest love and kindness.
Everyone remembers their favourite teacher or the person who went out of their way to help us in our moment of greatest need.
The power of loving kindness transforms ordinary people and actions into life changing ones that leave an indelible mark on our minds.
In this course we will learn how to harness and strengthen these innate characteristics that we all possess and magnify them through the power of meditation.
Loving kindness gives us the power to make a difference in this increasingly harsh and seemingly uncaring world. Through small steps and simple actions we can make our lives more meaningful and bring real benefit to those around us.

Guaranteed to give you food for thought and put a smile on your face!

Timetable:
