Meditation is becoming increasingly recognized as a powerful and effective means to reduce stress, cultivate peace of mind and improve our overall quality of life. On this half day course there will be an opportunity to engage in three different meditations, receive practical explanations of how to integrate the practice of meditation into busy modern life as well as time to ask questions.
The course will be taught by Buddhist monk, Kelsang Gomchen who has been practising meditation since an early age including almost a year of solitary meditation retreat.
