Mindfulness is becoming increasingly popular and many people are starting to appreciate the many benefits of developing it. However, taken out of its original context, some of these benefits are lost.
The evening will provide a simple introduction to training in mindfulness taught from a Buddhist perspective in which it was originally taught. There will be two guided meditations and a practical explanation of how to harness this powerful function of the mind to reduce stress and transform your life.
