It’s difficult to be positive when you’re feeling anxious, worried or stressed, yet these experiences are common in today’s hectic world. By discovering their underlying causes and learning new, healthy ways of thinking, we can free our work and personal life from the harmful effects of these troublesome states of mind.

This will be an excellent introduction for those who are brand new to meditation as well as long time meditators and will give you a deep insight into how a few simple changes to our thinking will profoundly and positively impact the way we live our life. Everyone is welcome, regardless of background or belief.
