What will you learn on this course?
Lacking self-confidence is something that we all experience at one time or another. If we wish to develop stable self-confidence it cannot be based upon superficial things like reputation, external success, status, or praise from others. Although these things may temporarily lift us up and make us feel better about ourselves, it won’t last.
On this half day course we will look at how we can use Buddhist meditation to develop authentic and stable self-confidence based on developing our inner good qualities.
