Lacking self-confidence is something that we all experience at one time or another. If we wish to develop stable self-confidence it cannot be based upon superficial things like reputation, external success, status, or praise from others. Although these things may temporarily lift us up and make us feel better about ourselves, it won’t last.
On this half day course we will look at how we can use Buddhist meditation to develop authentic and stable self-confidence based on developing our inner good qualities.
About the speaker: Gen Kelsang Lhamo is a Kadampa Buddhist nun with over 30 years’ experience. She is greatly admired as a meditation teacher, and is especially known for her ability to inspire others to recognise and identify with their potential.
