Tuesday 3rd November – Dealing With Difficulties
7 – 8.30pm
@ Invercarron Resource Centre, Low Wood Rd, Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire AB39 2LJ
Things going wrong, from minor inconveniences to more serious difficulties problems, is an everyday occurrence. However, many of us lack the inner tools needed to actually deal with such difficulties constructively and as a result we suffer from stress, anger and an overall resistance to the things happening around us. In this public talk we will explore Buddha’s teachings on patient acceptance and how by learning to change our relationship to difficulties we can let go of the resistance in our mind and equip ourselves to respond more positively to hardship.
