In this half day course we will learn meditation techniques to tame, control and eventually transform our minds so that our lives become more peaceful and happier.
Teacher: Dr Chammy is originally from Sri Lanka and has been practising Kadampa Buddhism in the west for many years. She draws from her experience as a working professional and mother of three to transmit Buddha’s teachings in a way that can easily be integrated into busy modern life. Chammy is a student on the Foundation Programme and teaches regular courses and events in the Scottish borders. She is known for her kind heart and the clarity she brings to her teachings.
