What will you learn on this course?

Training the mind

For centuries meditation has been used to systematically train the mind to respond to situations in the most effective, powerful way possible.

Training the mind

Our instinctive reactions to situations can often make things worse, so if we wish to improve ourselves and our situation we need to take a different approach.

The Joy of Letting Go

Through training in Lojong meditations, we develop a mental agility to focus on the beneficial aspects of each challenging situation, gradually developing a stronger, more stable mind.

Training the mind

These methods can be easily integrated into our busy, daily routine using the step-by-step meditation and mindfulness methods described in this course. Everyone is welcome, regardless of background or belief.
