If we wish to lead the happy life we long for, we must learn how to transform our mind.

Modern Buddhism presents the meditation and positive thinking techniques we need to achieve this.

At this classes, open to everyone, the teacher will explain the methods that free us from negative emotions, making joy and happiness our everyday reality.

This is a course open to everyone. Dress comfortably. Seating is on chairs. Please bring your own cushion if you wish to sit on the floor.

Monday evenings 7-8.30pm

About the class

What does the class entail?

Each class consists of a breathing meditation to settle the mind, a short talk exploring an aspect of training in mindfulness and a second meditation based on the ideas raised. The session concludes with some take away advice that can be practised beyond the sessions allowing the benefits to pervade our life.

Do I have to attend all 4 weeks?

No, each class is self-contained and can be attended on a drop-in basis. However, it is beneficial if possible to attend the entire series of classes.
