Meditation Classes in the Borders (Near Galashiels / Melrose)

Meditation classes in the Borders are held on Monday evenings. All classes are taken by Chammy Sirisena.

Classes are held in the Chaplaincy Centre of the Borders General Hospital, half way between the towns of Galashiels and Melrose.
