What is meditation?

    Meditation is a method for making the mind calm and peaceful. With a clear and happy mind it is easier to handle the challenges of daily life and we can share this peace and clarity with others.

    You don't have to be a buddhist to practice meditation, the teachings on nurturing a good heart and a positive attitude help to improve our relationships and are relevant to everyone.
