In these classes we learn how to maintain a happy mind
The purpose of these classes is to learn to apply the practical advice of Buddha to our daily lives so that we can enjoy greater inner peace and happiness for our own benefit as well as for others.
Each class includes a guided meditation to help us relax, followed by an explanation of that class’s topic, and a final meditation. There is also an opportunity to ask questions.
Beginners are welcome.

MONDAY EVENINGS 7-9pm
The Foundation Programme (FP) is designed for students who have gained a basic understanding of Kadampa Buddhist practice and are interested in pursuing a formalized and committed study programme.
