ABOUT THE COURSE
Let’s face it, everyone has someone in their life they find it difficult to be around. Whether it be a challenging work colleague or boss, a disagreeable partner or an opinionated family member. These strained relationships can often leave us stressed and frustrated – as well as leading to disharmony both at work and at home.
On a deeper level, if we are forever blaming other people and situations for our unhappiness, we are unable to see clearly the habit of mental patterns that are keeping us trapped and are bound to experience tense relationships whoever we are with.
By using Buddha’s teachings on training the mind, we come to develop a more positive and realistic approach to those we find challenging and eventually learn to regard anyone with love and affection!
