Meditation retreat: Kind heart
About the course
A kind heart is a special mental attitude that appreciates and respects other people. During this short retreat we will learn two simple meditations to grow our kind heart that can be practised by anyone.
These meditations help us to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve our relationships with others through learning to cherish others.
Suitable for beginners.
