This course will explain what Buddhist meditation is and how we can establish a simple daily meditation practice at home.

About the Teacher

Gen-La KunsangGen-la Kelsang Kunsang is a Kadampa Buddhist nun with more than 25 years experience, during which time she has travelled the world teaching meditation and explaining Buddha’s teachings. She demonstrates an extraordinary and inspirational example of a modern-day Kadampa practitioner. Her teachings are powerful and clear.
