The Teacher

Kelsang Shri has been an ordained Buddhist nun for many years. She brings to her teachings a sincere interest in helping others, a clear and insightful understanding of how meditation can improve our daily life, and a skillful way of making the teachings accessible and relevant to our busy modern lives.

Shri is known for her kindness, warmth and sincere approach.
