About the course: These short classes explain some essential elements of the Buddhist way of life. The emphasis throughout is on the practical application of Buddhist ideas and practice to finding solutions to everyday problems.
You don’t have to be Buddhist to benefit from the classes as they are specifically designed to be accessible to modern people of all backgrounds. All you need is a mind, and the wish to improve it!
For everyone interested in Buddhism these instructions are very precious and very useful in helping us understand ‘why’ we are suffering and ‘how’ to cease it from manifesting.
