CLASS FORMAT

Breathing meditation

Classes start with a 15-minute breathing meditation, which is guided by the teacher – designed to settle the mind and let go of distractions, in order to get the most out of the session.

Talk on the topic

The middle of the class consists of practical teachings that offer us a deep insight into the power of our mind. Understanding our mind empowers us to improve our experience of daily life. Each week is self-contained but the topics covered will vary each week exploring a variety of meditations that can be reproduced at home.

Concluding meditation

The final meditation will last around 10-15 minutes and vary depending on the focus for the week. This will help us to improve our practical experience of meditation and enable us to carry the insights we gain into our daily life.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end.
