Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes offer practical methods to improve the quality of our lives through meditation and Buddhist teachings.
These classes are based on the book ‘How to Transform Your Life’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
We can all look forward to a better year ahead without rigid resolutions, being afraid of change or the thought of denial. By discovering fresh insights and inner wisdom, combined with some gentle but effective meditations, we can definitely bring greater happiness and confidence into our lives.
In a series of three self-contained classes the teacher will guide us through some essential steps to transform our lives – and explain how everyone can use Buddha’s universal wisdom to enjoy more peaceful, meaningful and balanced lives in 2020 and beyond.
