About the talk

Wouldn’t it be great if we could stay calm, cool and collected even when things are going wrong around us?

At this public talk  Buddhist nun Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang will explain how it is possible to stay peaceful regardless of what life throws at you.

The event is perfect for beginners.

About the teacher

Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang is a Kadampa Buddhist nun with more than 25 years experience, during which time she has travelled the world teaching meditation and explaining Buddha’s teachings.

Followed by a 3-week course @ our meditation centre

In these classes based on the book ‘How to Transform Your Life’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, you will discover:

• how to develop and maintain a light positive mind,
• how to recognise and abandon states of mind that harm us
• how to replace them with peaceful and beneficial ones
