This Buddhist meditation course features teachings and guided meditations based on Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book ‘The New Meditation Handbook’ which gives practical advice on how we can solve our daily problems of uncontrolled desire, anger and ignorance, and how to make our human life meaningful.
Each class consists of guided meditations and a talk based on the topic.
